Our research addresses the mechanism of gene transcription by epigenetic histone modifications in eukaryotes. Our lab currently works on histone methylation, ubiquitylation, and acetylation with their relationships with the phosphorylations within RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain and the regulation of cellular lifespan.
